Sales Lead - Role (Remote - U.S. Based)
Radix IoT is a software technology company that analyzes data generated from multiple devices across multiple locations to improve efficiencies and costs. To support growth plans, Radix IoT is recruiting a Sales Lead focused on new business wins.

Position Title:  Sales Lead

Location:  USA (Remote)

Package: Basic salary plus commission (negotiable)

Contract:  Permanent, full time

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Ensure sales targets are met.

  • Help develop new business relationships and revenue streams.

  • Lead and drive individual sales wins.

  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing.

  • Qualify leads effectively.

  • Demonstrate software and its business benefits effectively. 

  • Prepare proposals that are consistent with client needs.

  • Document the stages of sales opportunities as they move through the pipeline.

  • Identify specific actions and implement those actions to optimize sales opportunities.

  • Provide management with accurate, up-to-date forecasts.

  • Represent the Company and its brand to staff and customers with a positive, truthful, and professional demeanor. 

  • Ensure that prospective clients consistently see a strong, positive image of the Company and its mission, programs, products, and services.

  • Adherence to an agreed sales process

  • Achievement of sales targets.

  • Increase in customer base and market penetration.

  • Ensuring the production of accurate and timely information.

  • Ensuring CRM and forecasts always represent the current nature of all opportunities.

Background, qualifications, experience, competencies and traits

Background – Essential 

  • Knowledge of technology-led solution selling. 

  • A minimum of 5 years working in a data aggregation/monitoring market.

  • Experience in developing and then selling to new clients.

  • Proven experience in creating rapid sales growth in a solutions-based company.

Background – Desirable

  • Selling to Data Centers.

  • Selling into Telecoms infrastructure companies.

Demonstrable and Proven Experience of:

  • Driving new business sales.

  • Solution selling.

  • Demonstrating technologies.

  • Presenting to all levels withing an organization.

  • Exceeding sales targets.

Technical Competencies

  • Computer literate and proficient with MS Office packages

  • CRM and forecasting systems
